We are registered in Estonia and operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What We Collect
Account data
Email address, registration date, subscription status, payment reference (not card details).
Conversation data
Messages you send to Eikr AI. We store summarised memory, not raw message history indefinitely.
CRM data
Client records, deal data, project notes, and invoices you create inside Eikr CRM.
Usage data
Request counts, feature usage, error logs. Used to operate and improve the service.
We do not collect: payment card details (handled by Stripe), government IDs, or sensitive personal categories under GDPR Article 9.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To persist AI memory and personalise responses where you have enabled this feature
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send service-related communications (account alerts, billing notifications)
- To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
To operate the Service, we work with the following processors:
- OpenAI — AI model inference. Your messages may be processed by OpenAI's API. See openai.com/privacy.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Hostinger — Web hosting and infrastructure for eikr.ee.
These processors are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or subscription cancellation, we retain minimal data for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where required by law (e.g. financial records for 7 years under Estonian accounting law).
AI memory summaries are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Right of access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to portability
Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object
Object to certain types of processing, including profiling.
Right to restrict
Ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email eikr.intelligence@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) at aki.ee.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. We conduct regular security reviews. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
8. Children's Privacy
Eikr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. For full details, see our Cookie Policy. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via the app or email where possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
